An eco-friendly holiday destination
We live every day in and at one with nature. Faced with how immensely powerful, but also vulnerable it is, we approach it with even more care and respect. With many small steps, we strive to offer you a sustainable holiday experience. And day by day, we get better at it.
Fresh spring water
Our tap water comes directly from the springs in the Dolomites. It’s of excellent drinking quality and rich in minerals from dolostone.
Made from wood
We built our new façade using larch timber from our own woodland – a material that harmonises perfectly with our surroundings and creates a direct connection to nature.
Renewable energy
Our wood chip boiler is powered using exclusively damaged wood from our own woodland – a carbon-neutral and renewable resource. This allows us to produce clean heat while respecting the environment.
Goodness from the region
Fresh, seasonal and locally sourced: home-made products and farm produce from local suppliers are twice as delicious.
Zero waste
Plastic and disposable packaging are things we’re happy to go without: we use unpackaged foods and products wherever possible.
Electric bikes beat cars
Forget the car for a while: rent one of our electric bikes for an environmentally friendly holiday. You can charge it directly here with our charging station.

On arrival you will receive a complimentary GuestPass, a tourist card that you can use to travel for free on all public transport across South Tyrol – the easy, convenient and eco-friendly way to explore our region.
